Here is how we handle your data. We collect only what is needed to run the service: account information (email, name, password, passkeys), your teams, documents (policies, procedures, and training), reading and approval records, and audit logs.

• All data is stored on servers located in Canada only, except payment-related data processed by Stripe.
• For error monitoring, diagnostic data may be sent to Sentry; no data is shared with that provider for advertising or profiling.
• We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
• You can request deletion of your account; personal access is revoked. Some audit and document-integrity records may be retained as required for team compliance.
• Your data is stored securely and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
• Payment information is processed by Stripe; their privacy policy applies to payment data.
